Got Questions?

What are the gym timings?
6 AM to 10 PM, Monday to Saturday. Sunday: 7 AM to 1 PM (open gym only, no classes).
Is there a joining fee?
No joining fee, no hidden charges. The monthly price is all-inclusive. We also don't lock you into long contracts.
Can I try before joining?
Yes — 1 free trial day. Come in, use the equipment, attend a class, talk to trainers. No pressure.
I'm a complete beginner. Will I fit in?
Absolutely. 60% of our members started as beginners. Every new member gets a free fitness assessment and a starter workout plan. Trainers are always on the floor to help.
Do you have separate timings for women?
We have women-preferred batches (7–9 AM weekdays) but the gym is co-ed all day. We maintain a strict no-harassment policy.
Is parking available?
Yes — free two-wheeler parking. Car parking available on the street (usually easy to find in our area).
Can I freeze my membership?
Annual members can freeze up to 30 days/year (medical or travel). Monthly members can't freeze but can switch to a different month.
