Raju, 14
Raju worked 12-hour shifts at a bangle factory from age 9. Our field team identified him during a community survey, enrolled him in a bridge course, and within 18 months he was mainstreamed into Class 7. Last year, he topped his school in mathematics. Today he dreams of becoming an engineer.

Sunita Devi
When Sunita's daughter Lakshmi was diagnosed as severely malnourished at 11 months, our nutrition counsellor worked with the family for 6 months — growth monitoring, supplementary feeding, and cooking demonstrations. Today Lakshmi is a healthy 3-year-old, and Sunita trains other mothers in her village as a peer educator.

Priyanka had never touched a computer before our STEM lab arrived at her government school. Within a year, she built a weather monitoring app for local farmers using basic coding skills. Amina Khatun
The 2022 Assam floods destroyed Amina's home and her children's school. Our emergency team set up child-friendly spaces within 48 hours, ensuring 200+ children continued learning. We rebuilt the school with flood-resistant design — it survived the 2023 floods intact.

Meena, 15
Meena's family planned her marriage at 14. Our adolescent girls' group helped her speak to the Sarpanch, and our team counselled her parents on the legal consequences and Meena's educational potential. Today she's in Class 10, top of her class, and a peer educator who has helped prevent 8 other child marriages in her village.

Kavya, 6
Kavya's Anganwadi centre was transformed through our ECCD programme — trained workers, play-based learning materials, and parent engagement sessions. When she entered Class 1, her teacher said she was the most school-ready child in the batch. Her mother, once illiterate, now reads stories to her every night.

Rekha Devi
Rekha was trained as a community health volunteer through our programme. In 2 years, she has conducted 150+ home visits, identified 23 malnourished children for treatment, and mobilized her village for 3 immunization drives achieving 98% coverage. The district health officer now invites her to train other villages.

Fatima, 17
Fatima joined our vocational training programme after dropping out of school in Class 9. She learned basic coding, English communication, and digital literacy over 6 months. Today she works as a junior data entry operator at a BPO, earning ₹12,000/month — the first regular income her family has ever had.
